Custom Artwork and Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, dimensions, and specifications before production begins.
Once you approve the final design, Mr Product Boxes is not responsible for errors including:
- Spelling or grammatical mistakes
- Incorrect product information
- Design placement issues
- Color selections approved by the customer
- Barcode or QR code errors supplied by the customer
Production starts only after final approval has been received.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Quotes remain valid only for the period specified in the quotation. Additional charges may apply if project specifications change after the quote has been issued.
Payment Terms
Orders enter production only after full payment or the agreed deposit has been received.

Shipping timelines depend on the selected shipping method and carrier. Once an order leaves our production facility, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellation
Customers may request changes before production begins.
Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible because custom packaging is manufactured specifically for each order.
Any approved changes after production has begun may result in additional charges.
Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom manufactured, we generally do not accept returns for correctly produced orders.
However, if you receive products with verified manufacturing defects or production errors caused by Mr Product Boxes, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, correction, or another suitable remedy.
Refunds are not available for customer-approved artwork errors or design mistakes.
Color Variation
Printed colors displayed on digital screens may differ from the final printed product due to monitor settings, printing methods, lighting conditions, and material characteristics.
Minor color variations are considered normal within commercial printing standards.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all artwork, trademarks, logos, images, and other materials submitted for printing.
Mr Product Boxes is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided content.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information during the ordering process, including:

- Printing specifications
Mr Product Boxes is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
